For the second module of Visual Communication course at Condé Nast College, the projects aim to propose two concepts regarding Marketing Fashion unit. Both of them are realised using Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator. More in details, one about Marketing Strategy and the other one about Branding Design.

GQ Italia

Regarding the Marketing strategy, based on a market research of the publishing industry the project is a redesign of the website for GQ Italia magazine and the major implementation of their social media such as YouTube and Instagram.

For the Cover of the report, it has been used Illustrator and Indesign and the inspiration comes from some special issue covers from its archive. While for the website it has been proposed a new modern and clean layout. Also, it has been considered an appropriate User Experience design included the mobile-friendly version too. All the mockups have been designed in Photoshop.

 

 

Duke logo

About the Branding Design project, the concept is the logo design for Duke brand. For this project has been using Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. Considering the nature of the brand which is a young menswear brand based in Dalston, London the style got inspiration from the skaters of the 90’s underground generation. In fact, taking inspiration from the Basquiat exhibition at the Barbican Centre in London, the logo it is drawn like a marker pen. The typography and colours palette is in line with the graffiti in Dalston.

Vogue Cover Mockup for Visual Communication module.

This mockup is part of the project for Visual Communication at the Condé Nast College. For the cover, the mockup has been realised with Photoshop and it wants to be a tribute to the photographer Paolo Roversi using one of his images from the Comme des Garçons photoshoot for T magazine in 2013. Also, this year he was celebrated with an exhibition about his artworks at the Photo Vogue Festival in Milan.

Giada is the founder of Giada Bindi Events Planner. Based in Tuscany and with the aim to deliver amazing events for private and corporates, she decided to assign the visual design to Bulab Creativism.

TASK: design the overall brand identity, website and social media details, but keeping a fresh and timeless style for different users from private wedding to corporate meetings.

INSPIRATION AND CONCEPT: The inspiration came from the symbol of infinitive and the flowers as symbols of freshness and cyclic creation.

SOLUTION: use the typography of initials to create the infinity symbol surrounded by a flowers pattern and in contrast to two different fonts. The choose of the colours palette is related to the need to find a good balance throught different events and services of the brand.

“Diversity” is the title of the photoshoot done for the i-D Magazine competition 2017.

The concept was to show five main characters (the housewife, the “little miss sunshine” girl, the strong man, the good girl and the black woman) with their lifestyle, but in opposite site showing even theirs “diverse” aspect in their own private lifes.

Body Logic Health is a physiotherapist specialist movement that offer a range of services to help to move from injury, rehabilitation or performance.

TASK: Red Idea Digital Marketing Agency had to create the logo for the new section Running Evolution keeping the identity of the original brand.

CONCEPT AND INSPIRATION: After research on running world we focused on the keywords ‘run’, ‘people’, ‘runner’ and ‘evolution’ keeping consistency with the main brand using the graphic of the website.

SOLUTION: During the design process, we decided to use the keywords of the logo ‘running’ and ‘evolution’ to create a running man that seems in motion by the graphic elements of Body Logic Helth.

Italy in Cashmere is an established e-commerce in London from an Italian  business family in making of luxury knitwear out of pure cashmere wool, always maintaining the “Made in Italy” worldwide appeal.

TASK: Bulab creativism was assigned the overall identity for Italy in Cashmere.

INSPIRATION AND CONCEPT: the identity concept is based on the tradition of “made in italy” and the cashmere fabric.

SOLUTION: the final solution was using the name of the brand matched with a “traditional” typeface style like American Typewriter Light and the raw material.
